Normally a builder is specialized in concrete, wall constructions and basic elements of a building, it is from the skeleton of the building where the builder uses external companies for everything related to plumbing, marbles, painting, air conditioning, electricity, ornamentation and so on. .
In our group the realization of all types of work is done with our own equipment with machines and construction tools created for very specific jobs, and the most important permanent internal control.
We train our technical teams with a comprehensive training both theoretical and practical . The priority of our company is focused on offering our clients the maximum quality in the final result of the work.
This method eliminates quality surprises or hidden defects in subsidiary companies. Many operations in our works are carried out with specific equipment manufactured or modified in our own factory under strict quality controls.
The final price of a work is the sum of each and every one of the expenses actually incurred, that is; If in a work there are several companies that intervene for each specific operation, there are inevitably multiple facilities of equipment which leads to a deployment of resources where different teams of workers and their bosses intervene, which gives rise to Multifaceted meetings with those responsible for each of the companies involved in the work, and with it the consequent conflicts between each of them.
Once the client and the construction company reach an agreement for the start of the work, the client is approached by the foreseeable payment to the coordinator who organizes the contracted companies. In our group the expenses are considerably reduced Since there is only one person in charge and only one initial installation (factory) of the company, with this the coordination and organization costs are minimal.
The percentage of the profit margin reduced by our AZ + work system is applied directly to the client, minimizing the final budget of the work or reform. At the same time that our clients benefit from not entering into potential conflicts between the various subsidiary companies that, without just cause, delay the completion of the work.
In our company the AZ + formula eliminates any delay on the agreed date. Since there is a penalty responsibility from our company (never applied so far) in case of not finishing the job, in time settled down.
Our achievements in construction over more than 20 years , have been multiple and heterogeneous by our company. Always striving to innovate in any type of architecture or engineering, and looking for unpublished and unique solutions . Such is the case of the realization in a multifunctional disco in Marrakech, in a five star hotel of the Accor Group. For the elimination of vibrations and noise we use the arrows of 12 fixed cranes as support and base of the building.
The enclosure was built with a capacity for 540 people on a three-dimensional metal structure. The main difficulty for the work was to be able to use the space for different events such as; disco, fashion shows, restaurant, seminars and so on. The realization was executed in an active and busy hotel almost 100%.
The execution of the totally finished architecture lasted five months once the works began. Our Group was in charge of designing and carrying out all the decoration of environments, as well as all the interior furniture, manufactured piece by piece in our own company.
